Tesla owner Elon Musk provided some massive news during a meeting with President Donald Trump and members of his Cabinet.
Musk stood up and revealed that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) identified that children under the age of 11 have collectively taken out Small Business Administration (SBA) loans amounting to a staggering $330 million.
During the discussion, the tech billionaire and CEO of Tesla and SpaceX made a statement that raised questions about the credibility and oversight of the SBA loan program.
Musk went even further and said that the youngest borrower was a baby who was only nine months old and got a $100,000 loan.
“That’s a very precocious baby we’re talking about here,” Musk quipped.
The Cabinet of President Donald Trump listed the billions of dollars in contracts it says it has canceled since he took office.
These include a “$300,000 contract educating queer and transgender farmers in San Francisco on food justice” and $830 million on surveys that “anyone’s child in junior high could have put together.”
